Refund Policy — Sentinel Spend

Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day no-questions refund on new paid subscriptions. Email vercel-cost-sentinel@ironhazel.com within 7 days of your first payment and we'll process the refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable; you can cancel anytime from Settings and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Renewals
Renewals are non-refundable except where legally required (e.g., EU consumer protection).
Pro-rated refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting support first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
Paddle / merchant of record
Since your payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (or Lemon Squeezy) as our merchant of record, they may separately offer their own refund path on their receipt emails. Both paths arrive at the same result.
