Terms of Service — Sentinel Spend

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://sentinel.ironhazel.com and the Sentinel Spend service (the "Service"), operated by Ironhazel Labs (pending Osek Murshe registration, Israel) (registration number pending, registered in Israel; "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at vercel-cost-sentinel@ironhazel.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to infringe others' rights or violate any law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent access controls, or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or abusive content.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our merchant of record (Paddle.com Market Ltd. or Lemon Squeezy). Prices are listed in the checkout; applicable taxes are added at that step. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to operate the Service.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination we retain rights to remove access and delete Customer Data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
